Job Description

Position: Communications and Development Coordinator
Reports to: Executive Director
Status: Non-exempt
Hours: Part-time, 20 hours/week, flexible hours
Location: Remote
Effective Date: Immediate
Compensation:  $22-$27/hr.

Summary:

The Pediatric Palliative Care Coalition (PPCC) is looking for a Communications and Development Coordinator who will work closely with the Executive Director and Program Coordinator to communicate and advance the mission and work of PPCC.

Pediatric Palliative Care Coalition (PPCC) is a Pennsylvania based coalition of clinicians, healthcare professionals, parents and community members committed to improving access to quality pediatric palliative and hospice care for children and families.  

The Communications and Development Coordinator will lead PPCC’s external communications and work with the Executive Director to build and implement an individual and corporate giving strategy. As needed, the Communications and Development Coordinator will also provide support to the Executive Director in other areas, including grant writing, volunteerism, events, and the webinar series.  This position allows for great impact by working closely with a small team in many different capacities.
