For the Pediatric Palliative Care Coalition (PPCC), the firefly symbolizes our vision of offering a bright light illuminating the difficult paths of children with medical complexities and their families. We are grateful for the support, compassion, and generosity that has enabled us to advance our mission to provide resources to families, volunteers, and medical professionals caring for children with life-limiting illness.

Throughout the pandemic, PPCC has been able to quickly respond to the overwhelming needs of the community.  Our team rose to the challenge to meet the needs of families and the medical professionals caring for them and, as a result, PPCC experienced a large increase in people accessing our resources and educational offerings.

We are proud to be emerging from the pandemic as a stronger, larger, and more impactful organization.
Highlight’s of this year include:
• PPCC Caregiver Lightning Bug App
• Firefly Chats
• Virtual Townhall series
• Parent Advisory Council
• Clinical Advisory Council
• Sibling Toolkit
