Thank you for participating in the LANTERN pilot program! We’re honored to support you and your family. This program is designed for parents and caregivers in Pennsylvania raising children with complex medical conditions (CMC) and intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
We understand how challenging caretaking can be, and you deserve support every step of the way. Our goal is to make the journey less isolating and overwhelming by connecting you with helpful resources. While we may not have every answer, we’re hereto take the burden of searching off your plate so you can focus on what matters most: your loved ones.
Through ongoing communication with our LANTERN team, we hope you’ll find comfort in our familiar and consistent presence. Your participation not only supports your family but also helps us shape this program to better serve others in the future.
